Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You must provide unboxing video proof or clear photos

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our curated products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Crystals and spiritual items
• Jewelry and accessories
• Keepsakes and decorative products
• Personal-use items
• Gift items

These items are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we will offer:

• Replacement of the product (if available)
OR
• Store credit for the same value

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as:

• Store credit that can be used for future purchases on Meraki Collections.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
