All products listed on the website are subject to availability and prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Certain products such as crystals and spiritual items are associated with traditional beliefs and positive energy practices; however, Meraki Collections does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or benefits from their use and they are intended only for spiritual, decorative, or personal purposes. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation and delivery timelines depend on courier services, for which Meraki Collections is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof; otherwise, products are considered final sale, especially for crystals, jewellery, spiritual items, personal-use products, and discounted items.

Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Meraki Collections. All content on the website including logos, images, text, and product descriptions are the intellectual property of Meraki Collections and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. By using our website, you also agree that Meraki Collections will not be liable for any indirect damages, personal interpretations, or misuse of products purchased from the store.
